Banana rolls are known as expander rolls, curve rubber expander, useful for removing of wrinkles, slack edges, spreading and slit separation. Most of the expander rolls are driven by web tension itself without any extra drive. Widely used in the sizing press machine, calendar, winder and slitter's paper spreader. Expander roll with hard chrome: deliver big torque, good sealing,rotate freely, not to come out of the joint, no leakage of oil. Expander roll with rub cover: resist ofabrasion,long work life.Adopt unique structure on the both end of the roll to ensure the cover not to expansion and contract.
