Application

This system is suitable for treating all kinds of pulp using wastewater as raw material. It can effectively carry out the dispersing treatment of impurities including sticks, grease, paraffin wax, plastics, rubber or ink particles, etc. To improve the quality and performance of paper.

The Disc heat dispenser system mainly includes Fluffer, Heater, Feed screw conveyor, and Disc heat dispenser machine.

Use the thickener to increase the pulp consistency to 30%, then feed it into the heat dispersion system, using plug screw conveyor to prevent steam overflow, use the fluffer to scatter pulp group, use the heater to heat the pulp, then it will be treated by the disc heat dispenser.

Features
