Description:

Rewinder machine as the finishing process of paper making industry, serves as the highest speed in paper making machinery. Drum roll is supporting the paper scroll, is made by the pipe, the rolled steel plate, usually the OD 400mm-700mm or bigger according to the paper width of the rewinder machine. the center distance between the two rolls must be larger than the roll OD, just to avoid stuck.

The drum roll must serve at the lowest runout when support the paper scroll, to avoid vibration of running at high speed. The radius is a function of the speed and width of the rewinder, which is mainly determined by the allowable critical speed and the runout.
