Needled Regular Press Felts
Specification：Press felt is classified into 3 parts according to different weaving types, including single layer BOM felt, double layer BOM felt, and laminated layer BOM felt.
Description:
Press felt is used in pressing section.
Function: Dewatering: On the basis of dehydration of the wire part, press felt removes the moisture of the wet paper as much as possible with the help of mechanical pressure, in order to reduce the steam consumption of the drying section.
Pressing: Through the extrusion between the press rolls, the distance
between the fibers is shortened. Thereby increasing the binding force of the fibers in the paper sheet, and improving the tightness and mechanical strength of the paper sheet.
Conveying: Transfer the wet paper sheet from the wire section to the drying section for drying.
