Description Of Single Facer Pressure Belt:
Huatao Single Facer Pressure Belt, mainly using for Corrugator Single Facer Machine, using instead of pressure rollers, 16% more surface contact is created to improve bond and heat transfer. Single facer pressure belt is designed and manufactured in press application for single facer pressure belt system. Huatao mesh belts provide high quality stainless steel press mesh belt for corrugated industry .This mesh belt are made of cable wire and rods, and the edge with weld points to prevent the cable dropped. For corrugator belting, direct run by roller. Generally speaking, for the belt seam, we make a cable loops by cables, and cross a rood to link the belt top and bottom,welded seam is ok , too.
