Description: Forming fabric is a very important for a paper machine in a paper mill. In general formation of paper depends on wire cloth and refining of paper pulp. Paper machine forming fabric made from polyester or polyamide monofilaments. To shape an uninterrupted belt, it is made by endless of a seam. During woven of forming fabric, filaments are composed of paper machine direction and paper machine cross direction.
Function: Dewatering: Dewater most of the water in the pulp in a short time
Shaping: Provide the basis for the formation of pulp fibers
Conveying: Transfer the formed paper to the pressing section
Packaging:
By Air: Forming fabric inner packaging is usually wrapped around the outside of the paper tube to ensure the flatness of the surface and avoid creases. The outer packaging is wrapped with a layer of plastic film, and then wrapped with plastic cloth.
By Sea: The outer packaging is a wooden box.
