Ceramic Forming Board with T bar 

Definition: The forming board  is the first element under the net behind the breast roll of the paper machine. It supports the net and controls the dehydration of the net section. It is important for paper forming.  In this area, there is a large distance of mesh that is unsupported, and this mesh will sag significantly under the gravity and pressure of the slurry flowing out of the slurry box, thus destroying the forming of the paper sheet. Forming board placed in this area can support the mesh and prevent it from sagging. 

Structure and Material: The box of forming board is made of stainless steel, the substrate is ultra-high molecular polyethylene or glass fiber reinforced plastic, and the panel is ceramic. Ceramic materials are 95 alumina, 99 alumina and zirconia. Forming board is equipped with a mounting seat that can be adjusted up and down. 

Dimension:  The leading  blade of forming board is 195mm, 200mm, 240mm.

                      The trailing blade is 50mm or 65mm.
