Product Description

Definition:  Vacuum box is a traditional vacuum dewatering element. On the low-speed paper machine, the concentration of the pulp can reach about 11% after passing through the vacuum box. On high-speed paper machines, the pulp concentration after the vacuum box can be as high as 15%.

Working Principle: The dewatering of the vacuum box is based on the suction effect of the vacuum pump, which creates a high pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the paper, and the wet paper is forcibly dewatered. Under the suction action of the vacuum pump, the air mixture of the water in the vacuum box is extracted from the vacuum box and enters the vertical pipe connected to the vacuum box, the water is separated from the air under the action of gravity, the white water falls to the water sealing tank, and the air is merged in the main tube and pumped away by the vacuum pump.
